Talking tourism: The board of Visit Knoxville will hold a public meeting at 8 a.m. to discuss proposed changes to the organization's bylaws. Formerly known as the Knoxville Tourism and Sports Corp., Visit Knoxville has drawn scrutiny in recent months after the forced retirement of ex-CEO Gloria Ray. The meeting will take place at 301 S. Gay St.
